The Sale.

Tomorrow is the big garage sale.
The biggest garage sale ever.
(for us, at least)
My mom is selling some things and using it as a fundraiser for the St. Jude Dunlap to Peoria run that she is doing next month. (Isn't she good?)
The kids are selling water and lemonade and giving the proceeds to Zac for his Macomb to Peoria St. Jude run (Aren't they good?)
My sister and I are selling things so we are able to feed our families when we go to Florida next week (That's sort of good, too. Right? I mean, we have to eat.)
It's going to be an interesting sale, however. We are selling almost all of Olivia's things. Toys, clothes, more toys, crib, dresser, etc... I obviously pulled out things that have sentimental value, but as I've said before, I don't get too attached to "things." Besides, it's good to know that her things are going to many different people and they will, unknowingly, be a little part of Olivia's life, too! So, I'm not anticipating any emotional breakdowns while I'm checking people out tomorrow. Anyone who needs any little girl things, or even just some lemonade, feel free to come on out...we'll be at my parent's house in Dunlap.

Have a great sale! No rain yet here, so those early birds should be able to pack in...

Mmm...I don't know where your garage sale is located but I do need another crib and dresser. Of course I'm always looking for some girl clothes for Izzy too :) If you email me the location I'll try and drag my hubby out for it. We are going to have our own sale next weekend. I'm already dreading it. Good luck! c_montgomery76@yahoo.com

I wish I could come! I'm always looking for cute girl stuff. I hope it's really successful and that you're so busy you don't have too much time to dwell on the emotion of it all. It's great that all of Olivia's things will be able to be a blessing to someone else.
Thanks for the carseat. We got it yesterday which was perfect since McKenna just threw up all over hers last night. Carseats are so hard to clean. Livy's is beautiful, definitely nicer than anything McKenna's ever had. McKenna climbed right in it and I was sad ((okay, so I cried right in front of the mailman)) but glad to have a little piece of your girl. We hold Olivia in our hearts!
