You should ask before the impedance probe is placed.

Dana-PICUDconradhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05230535387869012244noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-833307800364767961.post-60206316995570486232009-02-16T13:44:00.000-06:002009-02-16T13:44:00.000-06:00Okay, I've got a few questions about this platelet...Okay, I've got a few questions about this platelet issue. I just don't understand all this stuff and maybe someone else is wondering the same thing I am. When Olivia "gets platelets" is she just getting regular blood or is she getting blood pumped up with extra platelets? When people donate plasma is that what they're donating, their platelets? What would happen to Olivia if she didn't get platelets? It sounds like she has bleeding and petechiae when she needs platelets, but I'm assuming it's more than just that, that their are probably negative internal consequences to not having enough platelets?? Just wondering :)
We'll be praying over the next few days that you're able to accomplish everything you need to get done and that Olivia has a happy heart through it all!Judyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03224428660851832602noreply@blogger.com
